Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room, although lacking a sea view, had a sunny and private balcony overlooking olive gardens which made up for it. The beds were a bit uncomfortable as they were two singles pushed together without anything to keep them together. The service was excellent, with accommodating staff who were attentive to our concerns. The location, while a bit out of the way on top of a hill, provided nice views and was only a short walk into Sorrento. The dining experience was satisfactory, although I expected better given the price. The facilities were clean and well-kept.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel, with the room offering a beautiful balcony overlooking olive gardens but being small and dark without a full-length mirror. The bed was large and comfortable, though the room was only serviced when vacant. The staff were friendly and helpful overall, but there were moments where they didn't seem too friendly. The location was a bit physically demanding due to the uphill location, but offered a great base for exploring the area. The dining was a bit underwhelming, even though the coffee was good, with a repetitive menu. The facilities were okay, providing the essentials but lacking in some areas.
My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The room, although facing the back of the hotel, still offered a nice view of the palm trees in the distance. The bed was very comfortable, but the mornings were quite noisy starting at 8 am, making it tough to sleep in.
The hotel offers basic but sufficient rooms with a private balcony, although noise from the bar area outside may be disturbing. The service is fantastic, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The location is a bit of a walk from town but provides stunning views in multiple directions. The dining options are a bit sparse but still enjoyable. Overall, a mixed experience with some great aspects and a few drawbacks.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room at the back of the hotel was a pleasant surprise with a generous-sized balcony overlooking the beautiful olive gardens, offering both sunny and shaded spots. The bed was much more comfortable than my previous stay, and the overall condition was great. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help, and the breakfast was fab. However, the dining options could be improved, and the location, while nice, was a bit far from the city center.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not so great. The rooms on the top floor cost more for an ocean view and have limited headroom, but they were comfortable and clean. The location was convenient, close to the reception area and the hotel bar, offering stunning views of Mount Vesuvius. The service was generally pleasant and helpful, with standout staff members like Luigi, Fabio, and Cartello. However, the long walk to Sorrento and the lack of ambiance were minor drawbacks. The dining experience ranged from typical Italian breakfast to an expensive meal for the price paid. Although the hotel facilities could be improved, they were adequate for my needs overall.
